I'm so excited to live here in the fall! I toured a couple housing options and looked at even more online, but University Park checked all the boxes for me! It's close to UT's campus, has a nice apartment layout, and tons of amenities 

Eric did a great job showing my friend and I around the place! It was the first place we visited on our search for an apartment around UTK and it was my #1 choice since we went there. Eric was very knowledgeable on pricing, regulations, and on the particular details of leasing/renting these apartments. I think it’s a great value for what you get and they make their leasing process smooth, efficient, and straightforward!

UPark is a great place to live! Close to campus, but they also offer a bus service to and from campus. The semester pass is only $50. They have a nice workout room, quiet places to study and free unlimited printing. Their pool and hammock areas are also awesome amenities. Fast WiFi and nice furnished apartments. Their staff is also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!!

I have really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and the small maintenance requests I had to put in were handled within 3 days. The apartments are nothing special on their own necessarily, but you cannot beat the price for the size you get and comes with all the things you'd initially need. The bus that runs every fifteen minutes to campus is very useful, and the internet is extraordinarily fast on a wired connection compared to my friends' apartments.

Although I do not live here yet I am very excited to be moving in this fall. The whole process was pretty easy. I worked with Eric and he helped me step by step through the leasing process and has been able to answer all my questions since then as well. I look forward to moving in and I hope the experience is just as good as it seems!

My daughter moved here last year, and she has had no complaints about this complex. The staff communicates with me very well, especially being an out-of-state parent. I also love all of the amenities that this affordable complex has to offer. Eric is a good employee in the office when communicating payments.

I took a tour of this apartment complex, and it was honestly much nicer than I had expected! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Eric, my tour guide. Nice secluded area but close enough to campus to be super convenient. The apartments were nice and affordable too!

I moved in this August and have had nothing but good experiences with the property and staff. You will not find a more affordable deal than University Park, which they help make even more affordable by offering different specials year round. I have read a lot of the negative reviews on here and most have lead me to believe that they did not give their lease and the property their due diligence. If you are looking to live close to campus or downtown Knox without spending a ton of money, this IS your best option

I moved in back in the summer of 2017 and my experience hasn't been anything less than great. I was stuck in an apartment with girls I can now call life-long friends. My apartment was clean and the staff at the time were nice. The current staff are just as pleasurable to work with too. I spend my summers out at the beautiful pool or playing badminton on our volleyball court with my roommates. The apartments hold nice resident events to kind of get everyone who chooses to interacting. I've not had any serious issues in the year and a half I've lived here and would genuinely recommend it to others.

My daughter has lived here for almost 3 years now. We LOVED how clean the apartment was when she moved in (especially compared to UTK dorms). We know how it is to live in student apartments: rude/ dirty roommates, broken appliances, etc. The office and maintenance have been willing to help my daughter out anytime she has had any problem.

I’ve checked out this place a couple times and always happen to get Eric as my consultant, and he seems to be really helpful. The apartment floor plans are nice, and I like how you can lease per bed instead of having to depend on other people

Wow! Excellent place for UT students. Close to campus, has a pool!

This place is a great place to live. All the amenities that are included are a great edition. Thanks to Eric I was able to plan ahead and renew my lease early for the following year.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Touring and signing was a really fun experience. The apartments are a thousand times better than before at a great price. I cannot wait to start living here!

I’ve had a really good experience living at upark so far. The apartments are very clean and the staff is friendly. Noah, one of the office workers, is very helpful and kind.

I've lived at Gateway for two years. I really like it. It's private and usually quiet. They are recently doing lots of renovations which are turning out really nice. Pets allowed too for a fee. It's not too bad if you split with roommates. My apartment is a four bedroom two bathroom with plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint is the dishwasher, but they may be replacing those with all the renovations, I'm not sure.

University Park has been a nice place to stay at for the past year. Great amenities and location with it being close to campus. The staff is also very friendly. More specifically, Julia, who is always so kind and helpful when I have any questions. She goes out of her way to make sure any issues I have get resolved.

It's an overall cool and convenient place to stay. One time I woke up to find my washer had flooded the entire living room. It sure was a hassle to clean up but I talked to Julia from the main office about it and she was extremely responsive in getting the washer replaced for me and my roommates.

This is my second year living at University Park (used to be gateway.) The front desk staff is really nice and helpful, and the renovations look great. Nice community and pet friendly, convenient to UT. But expect overages in addition to your rent, you will get them every month.

I've been living at these apartments for a year, and have happily signed a new lease for another year! The location is super convinient to get to ut and downtown, I can bike to both in less than 2 miles! It was a little crazy here during the renovations, but it was a short time thing and now everything looks so nice in our apartment! I also enjoyed how much they added to our gym and the Starbucks coffee maker in the office! If you're a student, this is very affordable and convinient, and I would recommend checking this place out!

So far my leasing experience with them has been very smooth. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. These apartments are for sure the best bang for your buck.
